Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP’s Technology, Privacy & Cybersecurity Team is seeking an associate with at least two years of privacy experience. The position is located in our Atlanta office although we will consider candidates in Dallas, Washington D.C. and New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in US and EU privacy/ data protection law, cybersecurity and commercial contracting experience. The team prefers for the candidate to have experience with cloud/SaaS agreements, software licensing and website policy drafting. All applicants must have superior academic credentials (top 20% of law class). Privacy and/or incident response consulting experience would also be considered. Strong analytical skills, good writing skills and excellent client service are also required. CIPP certification is preferred.
