Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent team seeks a USPTO-registered Associate attorney, with at least 2 years direct work experience as a patent attorney or agent, and with experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technologies. This position will be based in our Raleigh, Winston-Salem, or Atlanta office. Along with focus on client patent work, the successful candidate will be involved in developing and supporting patent staff.  Applicants should have an exceptional client-service focus, have a strong academic record, be detail oriented, have strong written and verbal skills, and be successful in collaborating with other patent professionals. Transcripts and patent prosecution writing samples will be requested. NC or GA bar required.
