Kilpatrick Townsend’s Winston-Salem, NC or Raleigh, NC office is seeking a litigation associate with 2 or more years of experience working in healthcare or the managed care industry to support the Complex Commercial Litigation team's national managed care and health care payer practice. Must have strong research and writing skills. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.
