Kilpatrick Townsend’s San Diego office is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years of relevant civil litigation experience.  CA Bar admission required. Must have strong research and writing skills and knowledge of California and Federal procedure. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued. Experience in taking and defending depositions and handling California and Federal civil discovery and motion practice preferred. Privacy and class action experience preferred. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Former judicial clerks preferred.
