This position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions, and has a lower billable hour requirement and de minimus non-billable requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in trademark and copyright disputes in on-line and digital media and investigations and enforcement against infringement by parties operating outside the United States.  The candidate will need to have demonstrated experience in conducting online investigations, notice and takedown procedures, and online rights protection mechanisms such as the DMCA, the UDRP and/or other domain name dispute resolution mechanisms. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized and detail oriented. Candidates interested in the New York office will be considered.
