The team prefers for the candidate to have experience with cloud/SaaS agreements, software licensing and website policy drafting. All applicants must have superior academic credentials (top 20% of law class). Privacy and/or incident response consulting experience would also be considered. Strong analytical skills, good writing skills and excellent client service are also required. CIPP certification is preferred.
