Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a lateral Patent Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of patent litigation experience to work in our San Francisco or Silicon Valley (Menlo Park) offices.  Applicants must have excellent academic credentials and a technical background. Technical undergraduate/graduate degree preferred.  Industry experience is highly preferred.
